We have clearly summarized all available information in the additional details below the description of each event at the end of the page. The additional information will appear when you click on the respective event or click on the "event details" button.

I want to purchase tickets by invoice

To order by invoice, please fill in the order form HERE. For online orders, you will receive a receipt via email that includes all the necessary details of the document. We do not issue tax invoices retrospectively, as we are not the event organizers but only intermediaries for ticket sales.

I want to purchase ZTP, ZTP/P tickets

The options for purchasing discounted tickets for holders of ZTP or ZTP/P cards are always determined by the event organizer. You can find out about the availability and how to purchase these tickets in the event description.

I need to verify the authenticity of the tickets

We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for tickets purchased outside the official Ticketstream network. Unfortunately, we cannot verify the authenticity of the tickets for you. You can check the ticket status at THIS LINK. If the ticket was purchased outside the official pre-sale, we do not guarantee its validity.

I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A TICKET

The event was canceled/rescheduled

If you are not sure whether the event for which you purchased tickets has been canceled or rescheduled, you can check the event status at THIS LINK. Enter your ticket reference number and click on the "check" button. If refunds are permitted for the event, you can click on the "request refund" button at the bottom of the page.

We always inform the customer about canceled and rescheduled events via the email address provided in the order. If the email address is not available, unfortunately, we have no way to inform the customer about these changes.
Informational emails regarding event changes or cancellations are always sent based on official information from the event organizer. Therefore, please be patient with the notification of event changes.

I have purchased insurance and want to claim it

I did not purchase insurance

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Ticket prices are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. We are not the event organizers but exclusively intermediaries for ticket sales of the event organizing entities.

The rules regarding ticket refunds are the same for all companies selling tickets and are based on the Civil Code. Due to the provision in § 1837, letter j) of the Civil Code, you cannot withdraw from the purchase of a ticket according to § 1829 of the Civil Code (withdrawal within 14 days without stating a reason), as it is a contract for the use of leisure time, where the service (attendance at the event, for which the ticket qualifies) is provided on a specified date or time.

I need to exchange a ticket

Typically, tickets are neither refunded nor exchanged unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Please contact us at info@ticketstream.cz. Provide your order details for verification (payment confirmation, order number, phone number, or email address) and indicate which tickets you are interested in.
We try to accommodate ticket exchanges, but it always depends on the conditions set by the event organizer and other circumstances.

I DID NOT RECEIVE, LOST, OR CANNOT LOCATE MY TICKETS

I had E-tickets

On our website, you have the option to create an account using the same email address provided in the order. You can then transfer your tickets to your account by using the "import orders" button.
If the issue persists, please email us your order details for verification (payment confirmation, order number, phone number, and email address) at info@ticketstream.cz.

I had traditional tickets

We are sorry, but duplicate tickets are not issued. If you send us the information provided in your order (name, phone number, email, or order number), we can send you a purchase confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee that the event organizer will admit you to the event based solely on this confirmation, i.e., without the actual ticket.

I NEED HELP WITH PAYMENT

I want to purchase tickets by invoice

To order by invoice, please fill in the order form HERE. An invoice order is also used for payments when utilizing the FKSP fund. The advance invoice does not include a breakdown of VAT.

I want to pay for the order with a card

Tickets can be paid for with a card. Payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or the Gopay payment gateway. Payment issues may occur in the following cases:

- You must always confirm the payment in your online banking; otherwise, the payment will not be processed.

- The payment must be made within the time limit set by the payment gateway.

- Check whether online payments are enabled, you have a sufficient balance, or if your card has not expired.

I want to pay for the order via bank transfer

This payment method cannot be used for foreign accounts. Please note that bank transfers can take up to 2 business days in some cases. Thus, matching the payment with the order and subsequent delivery of tickets may not occur immediately. The payment procedure is as follows:
- Select your bank from the list.
- After selecting your bank, you have the option to pay via QR code, or you will be redirected to your online banking.
- By clicking on "Pay in Online Banking", you will be redirected to the online banking of the selected bank.
- After logging in, a pre-filled payment order will be displayed.
- Once payment is made, you will be redirected back to the e-shop.
- If you choose the option "other banks", please ensure to fill in the correct payment details, including the variable symbol which changes each time a new payment order is opened.

I want to pay for the order from a benefit account

When purchasing tickets, you can use payment methods such as Benefit Plus, Benefity a.s., Pluxee, and possibly Edenred and UP ČR. The payment is processed just like a standard card payment via a payment gateway. We do not accept paper benefit vouchers either online or at physical locations.

I want to pay for the order using deferred payment

When using Twisto, you will pay for the order up to 30 days later. Twisto also offers installment payments up to three monthly installments without additional charges. Orders are binding. When making the payment, please follow the company's instructions (such as entering the required details, etc.).

I WANT TO PURCHASE TICKETS AT A PHYSICAL AGENCY

Where can I find your agency?

You can find a list of all agencies HERE. You can also filter agencies by the type of tickets they print. Each agency listing includes the address, contact information, and opening hours, which are only approximate. For the most up-to-date information, please visit the agency's website.

Is it possible to pay for tickets with benefit vouchers at an agency?

We are sorry, but that is unfortunately not possible. At our agencies, payment is only accepted by card or in cash. Some agencies may not accept all types of payment cards.

Can I have a paper ticket printed at an agency?

If the ticket has already been purchased online or at an agency as an E-ticket, it cannot be reprinted.
A ticket cannot be reprinted.

I want to apply a discount code

If a discount code can be applied to the event, you will be presented with an option to enter it before selecting your tickets. After entering the discount code, the system will offer you tickets at a discounted price. These tickets will be listed at the top, while the standard priced tickets will appear below.

I want to redeem a gift voucher

Add the desired tickets to your cart. Then, go to your cart. In the "cart contents" tab, you will find a button to "enter voucher code". After clicking this button, you can enter the code. You can redeem any number of vouchers. The amount of a single gift voucher cannot be split across multiple purchases. Unused voucher value is non-refundable.

I want to purchase/redeem a transportation voucher

For every ticket above 350 CZK, we offer the purchase of discounted one-way transportation vouchers with České dráhy. The voucher is exclusively valid for travel to or from an event held in the same year the voucher was purchased.
